Kanti Hospital Kathmandu Nepal
For the past 6 years ALSG Liverpool has been developing and supporting APLS in the Kanti childrens hospital Kathmandu Nepal.
Revenue from courses has allowed us to provide equipment and training for the medical and nursing staff in the what is the only childrens hospital in Nepal.
Our funding and training has enabled the creation of a paediatric resuscitation officer for Kanti.
Sr Sunita is the first resuscitation officer in Nepal and works hard to provide all the life support training in the hospital.
In March 2011 a team from Alder Hey are returning to further support Kanti Childrens Hospital.
