BLS & Choking

APRO produce simple and clear leaflets on BLS and Choking that are suitable for routine parent training sessions. There is one for infants (under 1 year) and one for children. These leaflets have photographs with brief instructions on how to give 5 initial rescue breaths then BLS at a ratio of 30 compressions:2 breaths for one minute before telephoning for help.

We can also provide infant or child BLS leaflets with photographs and blank spaces for text, so that instructions can be translated and written in as required.
